Project Overview

As a critical piece of national infrastructure, Western Sydney International Airport required reliable power management for the landmark new development. With a long history of providing quality engineered power solutions, we were chosen to design, manufacture and install three pre-fabricated 33kV Switchgear and Control Buildings.

What We Delivered

As a complete end-to-end solutions provider, we undertook all aspects of the project, from the design and engineering through to the manufacturing, transportation, and final installation. Our integrated approach ensured the highest standards of quality and reliability throughout the project, ensuring the successful and seamless integration of the Switchgear and Control Buildings.

Our pre-fabrication capabilities were central to optimising costs and enhancing overall project efficiency. The Switchgear and Control Buildings were manufactured off-site at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Thornton, enabling us to deliver superior quality and significantly reduce on-site installation costs and timeframes.

Once complete, the solutions were delivered to the site, ready for installation with minimal adjustments, resulting in savings on commission costs and ensuring minimal disruptions to ongoing airport works.
