The cubicles themselves are thoughtfully constructed using sheet steel, with options for stainless steel (SS) or mild steel (MS). These cubicles feature precise folding and welding techniques, creating separate compartments for mains, control, and indication elements, with the indication panel often recessed for underground use to prevent potential damage. Safety is paramount; the main access is interlocked with the main switch, and other components with non-interlocked doors are fully shrouded to eliminate accidental contact with live parts, ensuring the utmost protection and reliability.
